People can build whatever they want, I don’t care. The state shouldn’t zone it to single family so people can build the property they want on their private property.

I think it is funny that people are dunking on the idea that both parties just hate the economy when the other is in power, but per this data it is mainly republicans and started in 2018. This is really a trump effect.

My broader point is just that the county/city should not be enforcing it to rebuild the way it was before.
Who knows what people build, but if you increase the density you increase affordability.

I mean if you can get a better deal oversees do it, but there is definitely a future of science in the United States.

Yeah I agree, but the problem is that the city is mandating that it come back the same. If you just lose the regulations I wouldn’t be surprised if more density just naturally occurs.

These are masssive areas that can house way more than the number of homes that were destroyed.
