If he's wearing a dickey, which would have been more common in his time period, the rest of his clothes would be fine for him to take on and off with that massive head lol. It would clip to the collar, and is probably the piece that has what looks like a wifi signal under his neck in most outfits

Not shocked, more so I think this is showing the audience that Alastor's next target is Lucifer. That, or he's just excited to see the short king to annoy him some more. He earned that gilded sign somehow.
