Saying “just try harder” or “everybody struggles with that” to someone with #ADHD isn’t helpful — it can feel dismissive and increase shame.
→ Instead, acknowledge their effort, recognize that different brains have different strengths, and instead of “fixing” it for them, get curious!

So excited to be at #ADHD2025!! My session is tomorrow, so I'm getting to spend a few days just having fun with my #ADHD tribe! It took me a day to remember to take a photo (because I've been overexcited talking to people), but better late than never! How ADHD is that?

Can a diagnosis provide some relief in & of itself? The jury is out & it’s certainly not one-size-fits-all. Some report getting relief, self-understanding, and community from the label. Others feel locked in by it. #ADHD

Feeling frazzled? Try humming: inhale for 3–4 s, exhale slowly with a “mmmm” hum for up to 10 s. Just 3–5 minutes helps stimulate the vagus nerve—which can reduce anxiety and support better sleep.
