EPA allows using 200 ppm on commercial food contact surfaces to sterilize without the need to rinse.

250 mL @200 ppm:
250 mL deionized water
16 mL white vinegar
2.5 g uniodized salt
20 minutes on the machine

For 1 L, & easier math, that's:
64 mL vinegar
10 g salt
IDK if machine time is linear.
