Incredible. Glad to see this dish graced kitchen stadium at some point. Also, I wonder if "shield jelly" is a rough translation of aspic. That's kind of what it is honestly 🤔

Sorry, this discourse is just so entitled every time I see it pop up. They're called recipe *blogs* for a reason after all. To be clear, no one should feel obligated to read the intro on one of these recipes, but "no one cares about your grandma's summers in France!" is not the dunk they think it is
