P. 121 of the Undertale localization book describes characters who use achishi as a personal pronoun. One of the examples is Moemi Washu, a character from the gacha game Sakura Kakumei/Sakura Revolution. She has purple-red hair pulled back into a ponytail, an orange hoodie, and a confident grin.

my actual favorite is Souka Hoshihara, who wants to be an astronaut and drinks milk every day so she can be tall enough to do so. She's also published research papers.

To close the Gate and protect the crumbling world, establishes Luxury Operatic Foundation (LOF) and a novice commander with special ability is appointed. The user is the commander for this new Foundation, who prepares for the battle against the great being beyond the Gate, who is trying to revert the world back into the darkness in the beginning of the universe.

...I really don't know what I was expecting.

I managed to get Sakura Revolution/Kakumei onto my tablet~ I'm pretty proud of myself, had to manually move a bunch of files over from my phone. But now I can look at everything on a nice big screen! (Only issue is I got stuck with male protagonist...oh well. Yura is canon in my heart!)

I mean, to be fair, Sakura Revolution *was* a gacha game, so it was mostly the general "all the girls sorta-kinda-like you" type thing, but there was one named Yusura Shimanto who had a very obvious crush on you. (I'm one of about seven fans of the game so I talk about it at every opportunity)

Fun fact: the very short-lived mobile game Sakura Revolution had a female protagonist option! (It was a gacha and it did very badly, and it was more "adventure" than "dating sim", but Yura Ohishi existed!)

There was also a 2014 otome manga spinoff, Kanadegumi, with a girl protag (Neko) dating guys.
Neko Miyabi, main character of the Sakura Wars Kanadegumi manga. She has short brown hair in a bob and wears long boots; her kimono is orange with flowers on it, with a brown bottom half and a red obi. Neko has a small yellow flower pin in her hair. Yura Ohishi, the female protagonist of Sakura Revolution. She has a neck-length straight bob of brown hair, and wears a white jacket with blue and gold trim and a black skirt.

Embroidery update! (...wish I'd figured out the thing I'm doing with Mika's tail in time to use it for Endora's face. Oh well.)
Embroidery project in progress: "None of this nonsense, please" is written mostly in blue on a white pillowcase with cats surrounding it. The "nonsense" is pink, and of the two cats visible, one is a brown and white cat with a multicolored face; the other is still drawn in blue but has a multicolored tail.
