Wait till the trips are over. You will want to bond with your new ones. This is my cat Monet when I came home from a 2 wk trip. Now, I don't want to go away as long or often.

I was in Jasper recently, seeing some of the destruction from the fires in 2024. Now, temporary housing lots.
Dead tress, burnt lots, results of the Jasper fires in 2024. Temporary housing in mobile homes etc. Long way yo go to restore devastation of the losses. Temporary housing now after the fires in Jasper in 2024. More trailer homes.
