Hair spray (Tresemme Super Hold Level 4) is the secret to lettering on this delicate rice paper! Without it, the ink would bleed and feather and become mostly a blob.✌️😎

"Rustic" is the new couture - hand lettering in custom matched ink (um actually, it's gouache), on a sturdy, handmade paper. I'm loving how these simplest of elements create an upscale vibe.

Doodling with chalk on a vinyl chalkboard. As long as the vinyl is primed correctly, it talks chalk nearly as well as a slate chalk board.
