4/4 Do make time to read the full report & go beyond the headlines- not just for its statistical findings but for the ongoing qualitative analysis including how racially minoritised voices are positioned. Great section this year on how spec. religious groups are represented.

3/4 There has been a positive return (after last year’s plummet) to an upward trajectory of books featuring a *main* PoC character.

More disappointing is the decline in presence of PoC characters in *picture books* specifically.

2/4 The infographics are striking. We’ve seen an increase from last year in racially minoritised characs. featured, but this year’s 24% is still far, far down on 2 years previously-
