This is the first painting I did in 2024
I was so happy, I cried. Such emotional pieces don't happen often to me. Don't get me wrong: I'm always present when I'm painting, but tears of joy are as rare as a full on double rainbow.

What lies beneath? We never know what hides under the layers we can see.
Under this veneer of green are all the colours I know to represent love. What's underneath shapes who we are and what we see.
