Also also, find a balance on what personal info is publicly visible. LinkedIn is a goldmine for bad actors gathering biographical info for social engineering.

Okay but unfortunately it feels like you need one these days, which sucks, because IMO LinkedIn is just a spam generation engine on the highest order.
Real tip: Don’t have it on your phone, turn off basically all notifications and set up a filtering rule in your inbox.
