CW: Food. Dinner tonight was an improv delight. A sort of cheese cornbread cake with stewed chicken and broccoli. I topped the cornbread with a garlic herb butter.

Many moons ago I applied for a job with Shopify. I needed to come up with a store and take photos of fake products so I came up with a niche cookbook store. These were my products.

I will defend Luke’s sloppy scramble until the day I die. It looks awful but it’s SO tasty and functional. (Not logged: fresh grated from frozen ginger and turmeric as well as El Yucateca Green hot sauce.)

What’s new with me? I work serving at a fancy restaurant now. How fancy? I had a table last night that was 13 people in a private dining room. They had two rounds of cocktails and 7 bottles of wine. Their bill was $3600. 🤙

Good ROI for that little show. Also, I learned that I am 40 and that concerts are for the young. I am sore today.
