I think all of the assigned reading in high school/college burned me out. Don’t get me wrong, some of it was good but some of it I didn’t give a shit about. I forgot what choice felt like. I forgot that it can feel exciting to pick up something you’re passionate about. Thank you!

I didn’t dislike any of them, but The Teacher was my favorite. Hard to put down (fastest read in 5 days), I plan to read more Frieda in the new year for sure! ACOTAR was just OK to me. But take that with a grain of salt, it’s my first dive into romantasy and IDK if it’s for me.

I used to be a mega reader growing up and even as a teen, but have fallen out since entering the stress of adulthood. I hate knowing I *can* do more, but there isn’t enough time in the day. Book Thief was a slow start, but worth it! I enjoyed the multiple POVs

The House of My Mother was my favorite/quickest read, I’m a sucker for a good memoir. The Book Thief is incredible and important reading, I wish I had read it sooner.
Least, ACOTAR. I am new to fantasy - I chalk it up to that.
