For well over a decade, every single morning I write and then read out loud a 1-page gratitude list. This is my most powerful weapon in my victorious war over a lifetime of depression. I never pine for rose-tinted days gone by; I’m future focused, remain hopeful and work hard to better our world.

I’m up for change. That other one that starts with the 6th letter of the alphabet had become increasingly intolerable. And never was much interested in that one named after the 24th letter.
