HB2315 was a law in TN passed in 2018 THAT BANNED SANCTUARY CITIES.
So, they couldn’t vote on any sanctuary policy anyway.

Yes, in Tennessee an elected official voting in favor of sanctuary polices is a criminal offense at the same level/category as killing someone.
