Also worth noting this suit alleges that MA insurers pressured brokers to enroll fewer disabled beneficiaries, who the insurers “perceived to be less profitable”
DOJ files suit v #CVS #ELV #HUM for alleged Medicare Advantage kickback scheme, charging that between 2016-2021 "the defendant insurers paid hundreds of millions of dollars in illegal kickbacks to the defendant brokers in exchange for enrollments."
