I would imagine the lack of fibre in processed diets is a huge factor in developing polyps. Insoluble fibre bulks stool, but I would not be surprised if the mechanical motion of that bulk moving through the intestines may keep the intestinal lining more healthy. I'll have to read this research.

This sort of harassment is clearly one sided *cough---right sided* and needs to be cracked down on HARD
