PEM can be caused by mental, physical, or emotional exertion. I don't know what "figure it out" means. Of all the symptoms, it's one that you can't possibly miss if you have it.

The answer is all of them. I'm not sure how or why people could worry about PEM unless they had it. I don't worry about symptoms I don't have.
