Lots of countries have deposits of strategically important minerals. Not so common: the ability to process them. Our country needs to develop that so we can stop being just a supplier of raw materials

The nearest emergency room to me is a half hour drive down a treacherous highway. There is no urgent care in my town, and I don't have a primary care physician. If I am sick or injured I manage it myself as best I can. Urgent care would be nice
