I worked in the NHS and this was a huge source of stress for people with long term neurological conditions. I generally advised seeking help from a local charity for the very difficult completion of the form.

I was hopeless at it (reversing) but I know plenty of people who tow quite happily. I think lots of practise and building confidence gradually with short journeys is the key. You can do it!
