Definiere "Zugchef"? - es gibt die Triebfahrzeugführer (Tf-ler) und die Zugbegleiter (Zb-ler). Erste Rolle fährt den Zug, zweite Rolle macht Kundenbetreuung und ist i.d.S. "Chef" des Zuges, soweit ich weiß.

Aber trotz alldem werden die Patienten angenommen, ohne Murren. Selbst an stressigen Tagen findet sich sogar Zeit für Lehre. Und davor habe ich Respekt.
Ich frage mich, ob das Ständig-abgemeldet-sein und Hin-und-her-schicken von Patienten vielleicht auch ein Luxusproblem der Ballungsräume ist..

Die Grundeinstellung scheinte mir da ganz anders. Aufgeben ist nicht, fluchen und sich beschweren vielleicht schon - aber es wird konsequent das Beste draus gemacht und auf Lösungen hingearbeitet. Freilich sind die Leiden unseres Gesundheitssystems auch in dieser Klinik bemerkbar.

Es geht auch anders; Ich habe meine Praktika u.a. in der ZNA eines Maximalversorgers gemacht. Dort ist abmelden keine Option, was (und wer) kommt, kommt nunmal. Dann werden halt die Betten aus der alten Fahrzeughalle geholt. Dann wird zur Not im RTW therapiert, mehr Personal spontan aktiviert. (1/3)
