Parents buying folks gift cards for the holidays? Warn them away from VanillaGift.com. Been trying off and on for 10 months now to use a $100 dollar VanillaGift card given me by an elderly relative. Rejected by small sellers, unable to check balance after registering. Feels super scammy!!

Thoroughly enjoying *The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged* at the Gotwald Theater at Dominion Energy. Great cast with lots of energy in a frenetic play.

Dealing with the Duloxetine recall. Recall notice had me call Breckendridge Pharmaceutical. A recording a Breckenridge told me the recall was being handled by Qualanex and gave me their number. The CSR at Qualanex was so hapless I gave up after 10 minutes on the line. #garbage_all_the_way_down
