I've never had a bad cheesecake. It has the highest floor of all desserts. It's incredibly versatile. You can add any flavor you want to it and it will work. Key lime cheesecake, yep. Strawberry rhubarb cheesecake, great. Pumpkin cheesecake, superior to pumpkin pie! I need to try Basque cheesecake.
