Playing the demo of Dead as Disco, and you can download songs and key them up in the infinite battle mode. This was a painfully slow 113 bpm but worth it.

Was a busy art weekend, but had the chance to take part in a workshop with a focus on Card Art, hosted by @mooncolony.bsky.social
I want to finish this eventually, but doing the thumbnails and color comps was a really good exercised and helped to reinforce the benefits of thumbnailing a piece is.
A series of monochrome thumbnails featuring a bull-like creature plowing through a group of soldiers. Each one features a different angle or moment of action. As before, but with the first thumbnail picked from the series of initial monochrome set and with some color exploration taken as well as basic rendering.

An old project that I had a lot of fun with! For a concept class, Muppet Lord of the Rings! Do you have any different ideas for who should have been cast in the roles?
My main regret was not realizing how much funnier it would have been if Gonzo caught the ring on his nose instead.

Did this a few years back as an exercise in translating character design between genres but PBJ's design made for a pretty convincing orc.
Mildly disappointed in myself though, SWTOR version had more gesture and energy even though it was drawn earlier. Maybe time to redraw!

Having a bad art day and my creative brain is just in disconnect. Trying not to intimidate myself out of a new project. So! Have some old SWTOR art since I've been thinking a lot about the game lately.
