Watching the replay now as Maureen Wilson laid out, they have to affirm the bylaw first as a regular housekeeping amendment. To then amend the date of the stormwater bylaw they will need to hold a reconsideration vote. So it would need meet the vote threshold of a reconsideration it sounds like.
