so i suppose my characters become my canvases and the voices of my frustrations and my desires. areia is one of them, a reflection of confusion and unjust anger, but also rebirth and construction of the self.

but i still don’t. i still don’t understand myself. i still can’t put myself into a category. i still exist in circles that are confused by my existence, and i still catch myself wanting to be part of something i don’t think i have access to, because of my background.

, and my multicultural background is one of them. aside from oora i’ve kind of begun to make it a point that my ocs are biracial as well… as sort of a way to gain a better understanding of myself.

i really thought id get to a point where i had a pulse on who i am beyond black and white.

pretty much since the final days her usage of aetherytes has lessened significantly. she’s scared and admittedly traumatized by the events that took place then and how her body and soul were affected.

tl;dr — she doesn’t like them all that much. she’s found a new joy in traditional travel.
