It's hard to build up
What worked for me was sorta forcing myself to use fake conceit/over confident humor
It really helps fix your self talk in my experience when like you keep jokingly going "I'm so funny" after a joke or "I'm so smart/pretty/etc" instead of "I'm dumb/whatever"
