The amount of times I've had a focal seizure & I've been with "friends" who expected me to be able to go on outing / stay out on an outing in the past when I was wiped and needed to lay down and it making me struggle to conceal my symptoms after a seizure for everyone else 😮‍💨🫩

the most common forms of epilepsy present w focal seizures but most ppl don't even know what they look like & MANY ppl go undiagnosed.

Trans sex workers (especially Black Trans SWers and Trans SWers of color), disabled sex workers, sex workers without stable housing/in-between housing, sex workers with records, the list continues but you feel me?

sex workers who are immigrants, Black and Brown sex workers, survival sex workers, sex workers living in and/or working in or near known vice districts, sex workers in neighborhoods that are police differently where they've always been targets, sex worker parents

I think this is especially important for sex workers in organizing circles, part of mutual aid efforts, and involved in safety planning: we have to remember that there are folks in our communities who are more vulnerable than ever right now

And recently statements were made about sexual harm while in detention and how pretty much 🧊 won't be held responsible

People are disappearing without a trace or without word to loved ones, these damn "detention centers", people being seriously injured, people having their lives literally taken away from them....

And it matters like a mf in these convos about 🧊 and 🐷 raids/sweeps, which neighborhoods are hit, which people are targeted in what areas, policing in general, and the idea of social cleansing (which is essentially what this is among other things)

It's shockingly bad on here, I opened the app yesterday and was disgusted at how much of the tl is parroting state propaganda and talking abt regime change
