It’s a miracle that buildings and cars haven’t yet dissolved. I remember the only time I went to Havana; watching the city from a high floor in Hotel Habana Libre I couldn’t stop thinking how wonderful it would be to have a magic wand and bring back a coat of paint to all the houses
