This is a Florida ghost orchid. It is an endangered species hailing from the Florida Everglades (swamps). One of the hardest orchids to grow, even more challenging to flower. Happily pushing new growth!!

Forest mushroom and black garlic pasta. White wine, mushroom and thyme broth
I don’t know if you’ve ever tried making pasta? Egg dough is so delicate to handle but rich in flavour.
