Feels so good to minimize my time on social media.

I am Canadian. I’ll be out there, checking to see if any Danish friends are in the mood for fighting.

Social media only creates an illusion of “doing something”.

Hm, some days, I think we are watching the dumbing ding ding down of the world.
I feel what social media and information overload does so when I wake in the morning now I – go for a walk or read or write or play piano.

Juno Beach also flies this flag where 14,000 Canadians landed on D-Day.
