No as far as I can tell one of the protagonists is a rock human so it's likely going to do something more interesting this time. I think your crit of 8 is fair, you can tell some stuff wasn't fully developed. But I think the concept is really cool id love to see it expanded on with nuance :3

are people really rock human plotline haters? im so hype for it. no the main villain appears to be entirely human but it seems like something to do with rock humans is reappearing at some point
