"Evening" - my oil painting

Going to London for a long date this evening - extended overnight of 18 hours. One of my favorite types of dates. Start in the afternoon and part ways after breakfast the next day. Even better would be 24 hours or a full weekend, but baby steps...

The rarest currency is attention. Anyone can spend it carelessly, but true luxury is in the gaze that lingers, the mind that listens, the soul that chooses presence over possession. Desire without depth fades; desire with intellect endures.
