However, anyone who wants to know how often Foucault interrupts his sessions to drink a Coke will still have to go to the archive and listen to the recordings. (This could change soon, though, as the archive is considering making the audio recordings freely available online.)

My report is based on tape recordings of Foucault's lecture series, for which I visited the SUNY Buffalo archives last year. "Histoire de la vérité" has since been published in French by Vrin, making it accessible to a wider audience!

Denke ich auch! Foucault selbst hat ja ein durchaus ambivalentes Verhältnis zur Identitätspolitik artikuliert, bspw. in dem Interview "Sex, Power, and the Politics of Identity" (man findet den Text leicht online).
