I hate to jump on the bash the coaches bandwagon but who else gets the blame for that?

Debate? Is there a debate here? Is there anyone on the planet who thinks this is a super bowl team? We'll probably get to the playoffs, maybe even get through a round, but how much farther than that can you go when it has been demonstrated, many times this year, how you can be taken apart?

It can lead to one more body blow to our economy, maybe not the decisive blow (but also maybe so) but one more straw on the old camel.

Hypocritical or not, it ain't wrong.
September 14, 2025 at 11:20 PM
Well then let's all hope we don't get *there* again. I wouldn't be so sure. Work farms for captured immigrants seems like a very real possibility. :(

Still not worse. Jackson did not have the supreme court in his pocket, and Johnson didn't control all branches of government.

Having gotten through that tough game 1, albeit barely? Well if it were up to me we'd have no injuries ever, but if we must have them, bring them on now.

Ain't no quarterbacks in baseball but in my imagination he's an ace pitcher. in a single game the most valuable position.

Stop spreading your make everybody trans message!
September 12, 2025 at 5:29 AM
I think we all know the answer to your question. :(
September 12, 2025 at 5:27 AM
Yeah, I don't have a lot a good things to say about Bush, in fact probably not anything beside what follows, but he clearly and actively pushed back against the notion that we were at war with Islam or that Islam itself was fundamentally evil.
September 12, 2025 at 5:26 AM
Or maybe even a bit further back than that!
September 12, 2025 at 5:23 AM
In terms of leadership? No, no we have not. Sure the civil war was worse, but this is as if Jefferson Davis was president ... after he received a lobotomy.
September 12, 2025 at 5:21 AM
Yeah, but he didn't grab an assault rifle and lead a rag tag band of rebels to take over the White House. What a cuck.
September 8, 2025 at 3:58 PM
Well I doubt they will care much about my lay opinion but you need to be able to handle *some* media these days... Or just give up. It is not the same as 20, or even 5, years ago.
June 29, 2025 at 12:06 AM
Well yeah, I assumed you were talking about reasoned peer critiques not online venom.

\3 At least some people will understand the current debate rather than swallow something that is overstated, or untrue.
June 28, 2025 at 7:03 PM
\2 The general public does not seem to be much better, with people still crowing about "the coming Ice age" that never happened. I don't know an easy way around this but I'd say push the criticism forward as you have it.

\1 As a layperson I find science reporting to be awful. It seems like modern media is basically completely unsuited to convey the complexities of science (or much of anything else).

I think the "out of touch" bit might stem from so many of them supporting Trump since the Democrats were the "war party/candidate"
June 23, 2025 at 5:30 PM
Ask for whatever you want, negotiate in the press if you must, but when you start ducking out of contractual obligations - that's bullshit. Do your job.
June 8, 2025 at 10:04 PM
So what is stopping the right wing from posting all they want here and how is it the fault of the left? 🤔
June 8, 2025 at 9:41 PM
Pretty rich for a WH Press Secretary to complain about the torrent of disinformation. Like the end of the hose complaining about the torrent of water.
June 5, 2025 at 5:57 PM
Boy that early capitulation to the Trump regime is really paying off for them!
