I kinda get it. I had extremely bad bottom dysphoria, but no top dysphoria. And it felt like I wasn't trans enough unless I got top surgery. Comparison is the thief of joy, and all that.
At the end of the day, you do whatever makes you comfortable in your own skin, it's YOUR body.
