I love how everyday I open this app there’s someone new who followed me yet I think 90% of my followers are inactive…

lacking clarity or feeling overwhelmed?

Try one of these (they usually work for me):

- Go for a walk
- Take a shower
- Meditate for 7 minutes
- Organize your workspace
- Write down everything that’s on my mind
- List all tasks I need to do and break them down

My Newsletter makes $0 MRR after 2 months with 80 subscribers.

Here's how I got there

You’re not an entrepreneur just because you can code.

and neither am I (and I can't code)

Here what entrepreneurship is about (just to name a few) - Part 1

I found the best way to validate your SaaS in a day or so in case this might help you with your SaaS

Most developers over-engineer their side projects just to avoid facing the fact that their idea isn't actually solving a problem

Keep it simple.

Build the MVP, validate the idea, and get feedback

Over-engineering delays the real test: whether users actually need what you’re building.

Just because you’re constantly adding more features doesn’t mean your product magically becomes more valuable

True value comes from solving a specific problem effectively.

Focus on refining your core features and delivering an exceptional user experience.

If your product doesn't have a mobile-first design in 2025, you're living in the past

Your users expect seamless experiences on their phones

Prioritize design, fast load times, and intuitive navigation

A mobile-first approach isn’t optional anymore...

Nobody cares about your clean code if your product sucks.

Prioritize solving problems, not perfection

Once you have a nice MVP that works and does the job, you can fix all your little code imperfections

But just for you to know: it won't be that useful...

The reason why most developers fail at being solopreneurs?

They refuse to learn anything beyond coding

If you know how to code, you have a HUGE potential on everyone else in this space, just don't waste it...

Learn how to:
- Validate
- Market
- Price
- Build an audience that trust you

Stop building apps just to fill your GitHub profile

If you’re not solving a real-world problem, what’s the point?

Build projects that matter.

Solve problems, validate your ideas, and create something people actually want to use.

The rest will come by itself if you get these right

To all my 9-5 developers...

You’re not stuck in your 9-5 because you’re a bad developer.

You’re stuck because you haven’t taken the risk of building something on your own.

Don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with it, but I know you could do it if you wanted to...

SoloCodeVenture.com is on 🔥

- It is now at 74 subscribers (after just 3 weeks, all organic)
- Yesterday I posted a new idea (we're now at 5 SaaS ideas)
- I have good content scheduled for the following 3 weeks
- I have 60+ SaaS ideas ready to write about

100 readers by 2025?

day #4 of keeping a journal for solocodeventure.com and sharing it on #buildinpublic

I haven't been very active recently either on Bluesky nor on the newsletter but that doesn't mean I'm not working on it.

I made some great process and I think many of you can learn from it.

day #3 of keeping a journal for solocodeventure.com and sharing it on #buildinpublic

I had to take a few days off due to stuff going on in my personal life and yet I managed to grow a few subscribers more

The next step will now be to get back to writing and push forward to 100 subscribers!
