Ideas (prompts) of an advertising creative director are surely part of a creative process? Or If a photographer (generative AI) presents 1000 images, isn’t the photo editor ‘creative’ in their selection? - creativity can be collaborative, so AI can be a valid part of a team?

We can have different opinions and agree to disagree without insulting one another. All I’m suggesting is that AI prompting, selecting and editing is a creative process and worthy of discussion. AI is dangerous in so many ways but it’s still a creative tool and worthy of creative debate.

Not sure if you’ve actually created something complete using AI tools? You can ask it to create parts, but each is usually incomplete, you have to revise, re-prompt, then import into video editor to put it all together. Not much different to artists assistant sourcing found objects to a brief.

Thanks - but these things didn’t exist without me, so I did create them. AI can be a tool, not just a replacement. Artists throughout history have created with and used ‘found’ and thirdparty components. FYI - it’s only the video that uses AI, I was actually after feedback on the original sounds.
