Might not be an llm to create published content but maybe to ingest subscriber data and create insights into readership. They may have a very narrow focus for the machine learning tool, or it might just be to deploy a SaaS tool like gpt or copilot to help with admin.

This is a data science job. Not a journalism job. Basically they are hiring someone to build a machine learning model to mine their data so that they can create content using AI. They’re hiring someone to build something to replace journalists. Simples.
