Thanks! I ended up using PLA for my print. I bought TPU but figured I'd do a test print with PLA -- turned out pretty well! As for the ed head, that took two rolls to print 😂

Thank you! Yeah the issue I ran into if that after I pinned the concave and convex edges. As I sew, excess fabric seems to build up because the sewing is flattening the curved edge, and that disrupts the alignment.

I’ll try lifting the pressure foot and turn the work!
