Did the people who ghost you give you a bigger dopamine hit than the ones you ghosted? Took me awhile to admit that myself

I could be misinformed of course it's just that many of us work physically demanding jobs that take away the majority of our energy. A bar of rue soap inscribed with some verses from psalms 51 just has to be enough sometimes. I've used fresh herbs too but that's when I have the spoons to do it.

Some spiritualists/traditional witches/rootworkers might argue this and idk if they have a point or are gate keeping to stay in business. Me personally, I just do what I think makes the most sense from what i know. I hate feeling like I'm not doing something right because it's not steeped in ritual
