So in effect schools being forced to prioritise "OFSTED" & "DofE" policy over their statutory obligations under the Disability Act? Will they support schools to develop flexible hybrid provisions for children - well enough to study, but not to attend onsite full time? Unlikely.

I fear you are right. As its attempted use, would enable the presentation of the reason for their actions - and thus enable jurors to consider their verdict based on their conscience.

This is one of key things people with Long Covid have compared to the pre covid ME/CFS, is a proven clinical event that 6 -12M later can be referenced for ongoing symptoms. And so a chance of being listern to and investigated, and not seen as making it all up.

A quick google suggests you could buy 100 large, 4 yard, traditional sewn UK made, Union flags for approx £15000. So it appears it is a 4x more expensive than it needs to be pointless expense as well!
