it is! it really helps to trigger the Special Summon effects and you are able to do some cool Synchro Plays with it! you can check out my Decklist if you want, i posted it like 3 days ago on Bluesky :D

have you seen the new Zombie N/R Support? i was able to build a N/R Vampire Deck thanks to Vulcarrion the Rotting Phoenix. And with Dark Necromancer i think you can make Vendread a bit better, but i haven't tried to build it yet.
