This is exactly why I loved Season 1. Andor is pretty much my dream Star Wars story (beyond the original trilogy)
Started watching the 2nd season of Andor and Dedre Meero is soooo good at being efficiently evil. Just an amazing portrayal from Denise Gough. The other thing I love about Andor is just the mundane day to day shit they do that's included in the story. Makes even the evil assholes relatable.

Lately it seems I'm watching movies set in the '90s and my immersion keeps getting broken because modern phrases and idioms keep popping up in the dialogue. Like, starting every sentence with "So, ..." or the over-use of "super" to mean "very". Or "it's been a minute". Stuff like that.

Lately I've been asking nonsense questions to google and the first page results are entirely AI generated garbage. "How long to boil potatoes in an air fryer?" ... in the old days you'd get real hits for either boiling or air-frying. Now I get autogenerated results of how to boil in an air fryer.

There comes a point where a website has so many ads that it is literally impossible to view the main article, because there's nowhere to place your finger to initiate a scroll.

I just looked at the latest Steam hardware survey results and it really gives a good idea of why PC game development is so difficult. Just looking at graphics cards alone, 172 unique cards are listed, and even the most popular one isn't even 5% of the market.

This katydid from Ecuador has been affectionately named by photographers "candy-cane katydid". The truth is... we are not sure which species it is. One possibility is a Harroweria nymph, but until someone witnesses the transformation into the adult stage it will remain a mystery.

I did 3 wildly different endings to Baldur's Gate 3. If you get to the end, make sure to chat with everyone at the post-ending camp scene, and read the letters in the chest near the Baldur's Mouth bulletins. Though one letter mentioned Halsin, and he died in my playthrough. 0/10 worst game ever! 🤪

I finally hit the end credits on Baldur's Gate 3. I made some strategic game saves, so I can replay the last hour or so and get a two or three more major different endings.
