Ash vs Yugi is the best #DeathBattle episode of the indie era and no one can tell me otherwise. Their are so many edits and easter eggs for pure fanservice. The musi rocks my soul and the animation with the sheer quality and quantity gave both of them the respect they deserved. Here's to 2026!

Alright new #DeathBattle, new poster update.
NGL, Idk what I was thinking with Limit break Clive, it's a VERY difficult design to draw for me and all the fire doesn't help but hopefully it's cool regardless, welcome on board Mr. Rosfield.

A version of Death Battle's "First Fallen" T-Shirt design, showcasing the skulls of all of Death Battle's Independent era episodes so far, with the latest addition being Ruby Rose. I knew I had to do Ruby's addition as one of those miniature character souls seen in Soul Eater after I saw the fight's ending, but due to me being preoccupied with editing the (Miraheze) Death Battle Wiki, @AkAkumu43 on Twitter did the idea first (check it out here: https://x.com/AkAkumu43/status/1970448591891374421). Regardless, while it IS very similar, I also made sure to make rhe design my own, like making Ruby's standing hair strand be the wispy top of Soul Eater Souls, adding one of her forehead bangs, and having rose petals surrounding her soul. I'm also happy with her expression has her looking at Tom's ghost in slight concern. A giant Super Smash Bros. Ultimate-style banner that features every matchup from Death Battle's Champion's Polls, the TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS, and the #SaveDEATHBATTLE Kickstarter stretch goal image, as well as the three episodes that weren't revealed during the campaign and a few more miscellaneous characters here and there. This giant community collaboration was started last year on July 30th, 2024 (it was meant to way earlier around the time that rhe Tournament of Champions endes, but it was delayed because of initial procrastination and, mainly, the Rooster Teeth shutdown in early 2024 dampening my mood for a while) and finished literally late last night on September 20th of this year. Members range from notable community names to lessen-known artists, which can all be found in the Credits Sheet linked below.
