Ok I know NATO's current rules don't allow membership with a country currently in a conflict, and they require unanimous agreement. So, vote on a rule change allowing Ukrine in.

Here's an idea!
NATO sets a date when they will allow Ukraine into NATO, say 3 to six months from now. Then announce - after that date, NATO will use all means at their disposal to assist Ukraine in reclaiming their territory and reclaiming their country.
