They put links to your site and Kickstarter profile in their signature. It’s a legit enough looking gmail account that they’re emailing from. Definitely on the sophisticated side, as scams go.

Isn’t one of the limitations of the Kickstarter platform that you can’t carry the emails you collected from one campaign over to another?
Using my own limited knowledge to give the creator the benefit of the doubt, maybe they tried to leverage their previous success but weren’t aware of the glitch?
