They don't seem to understand that just saying you're impartial doesn't make you impartial. It's your behaviour, actions and decisions that needs to impartial.

And he still hasn't responded to anyone pointing this out as far as I can see. "Sloping shoulders" we used to call it at work when management tried to push their mistakes on to someone else.

I was surprised to see this poster on a recent visit to a restored air shelter in Bristol. Apparently many parents missed their children and when the bombing didn't initially occur went looking for their kids.
