Today we received an email from Durham Uni, signed as below ("Gold Command"). I wish to believe this person's account was hacked, but something tells me it wasn't. Do other Universities also come up with this bizzarreness?

ok, we all had emails from UG students that start with "Hi," , "Hi Ms X" or "Dear Your_Name_Terribly_Misspelt", but "Hi @your_email" is the first one for me... Are we at the point where we need to teach UGs how to write an email yet?
