I don't believe people like Buttigieg or Newsom hate trans people like some people claim. But they need to realize that trying to legitimize a concern that's rooted in bigotry is not the way to win elections. If the base is not behind you, how can you expect them to recruit people to your side?

The only reason I never signed up for Threads is because I hate how you have to link your Instagram in order to make an account, AND that you can't delete your Threads account without deleting the IG it's connected to. I always thought that system was inherently flawed. I'm glad I have Bluesky now!
